Who we are

Anhydras, VAT number 46613801, Romania, is the controller of the personal data described on this page. You can reach us at contact@anhydras.com.

What we collect

We only collect the details you enter yourself in the contact form on this site:

• name and, optionally, organisation and role
• email address and, optionally, phone number
• temperature tiers of interest, number of sites and location
• the message you write

The date of submission and the IP address it was sent from are recorded automatically alongside the message, as a measure against automated abuse.

This site uses no cookies, has no traffic analytics and does not track visitors.

Why we use them

Solely to answer your enquiry and for the commercial correspondence that follows from it. We do not use them for unsolicited marketing.

The legal basis is your consent, given by ticking the box in the form, and our legitimate interest in corresponding with people who contact us.

Who else sees them

Messages arrive in our email mailbox, hosted by our hosting provider, which processes them on a purely technical basis as our processor. We do not sell or pass on your data for commercial purposes. We may share it with a manufacturer or logistics partner only where this is necessary to answer your specific enquiry.

How long we keep them

We keep commercial correspondence for as long as it is useful to our relationship with you, and at most three years after the last contact, unless a legal obligation requires longer retention. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

Under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time.

For any of these, write to us at contact@anhydras.com. We reply within one month.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP, at dataprotection.ro.
